Respondent engaged in the general real estate brokerage and property management business in and around Buncombe County, North Carolina, (2) Onor about October 15, 2014, Respondent applied for a broker's license on provisional status. On his application, Respondent certified that: (a) he resided at 1070 Tunnel Road, No. 241, Asheville, North Carolina (hereinafter “1070 Tunnel Rd”) from July 2009 through October 2014;
