Company History in Panama

It was on May 17, 1915 when, on the initiative of the businessman Ramón Arias Feraud, the
CCIAP was founded, with the purpose of unifying the efforts of the merchants to strengthen
the commercial and service activities in the country.
Over the years, CCIAP has become an important part of the commercial gear. Among his
achievements, is the creation of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Panama, which,
since 1994, resolves disputes between merchants privately, faster and more effectively.
This important report focused on more than 1,700 national companies today; Several of
these are also centenarian.
