(a) The CLIENTS or REPRESENTATIVE/S FOR THE CLIENTS, agree to pay an initial non-
refundable and non-transferrable deposit of 10% of the total package price of
____________________ (Php _____________) or equivalent to ____________________
(Php ____________). This payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date of
__________________ for their wedding and is payable at the time of contract signature.
(b) The remaining balance agreed upon for the VENUE RENTAL FEES, FOOD and
ACCOMODATION COSTS will be due not later than 30 days prior to the date of the
wedding. The agreed upon date of payment will be the following:
In the event the CLIENTS are forced to change the date of the wedding, every
effort will be made by RS Beach Resort to transfer reservations to support the new date.
The CLIENTS agree that in the event of date change, any expenses including but
not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferrable are the
sole responsibility of the CLIENTS. The CLIENTS further understands that last minute
changes can impact the quality of the event and that RS Beach Resort is not responsible
for these compromises in quality.
(b) If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the wedding day, the following
forfeiture charge will be due:
All reservations and agreements for functions at the RS Beach Resort are made
subject to the rules and requirements of the Resort and to the following conditions:
BOOKINGS
Provisional Bookings will be held up to 14 days after which time the Resort will
be free to release the date.
The RS Beach Resort reserves the right to accommodate two or more functions
on a given date.
PAYMENT
Final Account must be settled 30 days prior to Event. Any additional extras
incurred during the event must be settled on departure.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Only food and beverages supplied by the Hotel maybe brought into or consumed
on the Hotel premises without specific prior permission of the Hotel. Where such
permission is granted, corkage fees will apply.
MENU
All menu prices are based on (lunch/dinner) being served before (time) and
maybe subject to price increases due to circumstances beyond the control of the hotel,
i.e. increase in the standard rates (VAT). All prices are quoted and charged in Pesos and
are inclusive of VAT.
BEDROOMS
The Bride and Groom upon confirmation of their booking may block book
bedrooms for their immediate family to a maximum of 10 rooms. The hotel reserves the
right to release blocked rooms that have not been allocated 14 days prior to the Event
date. Any unallocated bedrooms that are not cancelled 14 days prior to the event will be
charged to the wedding Reception Bill.
ENTERTAINMENT
The hotel does not take responsibility for any entertainment or services booked
directly by the Wedding couple. All suppliers must provide their own equipment. All
entertainment must be approved by hotel management.
DAMAGE
The client will be responsible for any damage, which may have occurred to the
fixtures and fittings, fire equipment, walls, floors or carpet during the event. This also
applies to Guest Bedrooms.
PROPERTY
The hotel will not accept responsibility for any property or equipment lost,
damaged or stolen while on the premises.
NOISE LEVEL
Noise levels for the function must be kept within acceptable levels and the client
must comply with any requirements of the Hotel in that regard. If in doubt, the client is
asked to clarify the position with the Hotel management.
PERFORMANCE
The Hotel will have no liability whatsoever for any non-performance of its
obligations due to circumstances outside its control including labour disputes or strikes,
accidents, government regulations and restrictions on travel, transportations, shortage
of foods, beverages or supplies, technical failure, etc. The Hotel shall not under any
circumstances be responsible for any consequential loss or damage.
