Solar Power Purchase Agreement

The terms and conditions of the following [PURCHASE AGREEMENT] have been agreed upon by [Name of
Energy Provider] located at [Energy Provider’s Address], [Name of Solar Power Company] located at [Solar
Power Company’s Address], and [Name of Host Business] located at [Host Business Address] on this the
[_____] day of the month of [___________________], in the year [______].

The above-mentioned parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

[Name of Energy Provider] will purchase $[Amount] worth of solar paneling from [Name of Solar Power
Company] by the date of [Date]. Payment is to be made to [Name of Solar Power Company]. The purchase will
consist of the following items: [Solar Panels], [Transformers], [Panel Boxes] and [_______] years of
maintenance upon the above-mentioned equipment. Payment is to be made to [Bank Name] located at [Bank
Address].

[Name of Host Business] will agree to [______] years of solar energy from [Name of Energy Provider].

[Name of Host Business] will hold all rights to file a [____________] tax form in order to receive “Green Power”
reductions.

[Name of Energy Provider] holds all rights to remove and collect all of the above-mentioned equipment in the
case of misuse, damage to the equipment, or illegal use of the equipment.

[Name of Solar Power Company] hereby agrees to provide [Name of Host Business] with maintenance on the
above-mentioned equipment for the term of [______] years. The amount of $[Amount] will be paid by [Name of
Host Business] to [Name of Solar Power Company] no less than [______] weeks after scheduled maintenance
times. If the payment is not made, (Name of Energy Provider) holds all rights to remove the above-mentioned
equipment from [Name of Host Business].

The above-mentioned equipment will be installed on the [_____] day of the month of [______________], in the
year [______]. [Name of Host Business] agrees that the above-mentioned equipment shall remain in place for
the duration of [_______] years. If [Name of Host Business] desires an extension, [Name of Energy Provider]
agrees to redraft this document after the duration of [_______] years.
