VI. GENERAL SERVICES:
1. Cleaned all motor internal parts from dust accumulation by motor cleaner and blowering
compressed air.
2. Heating of stator and rotor coil for 2 hours to make sure that it is very dry before applying
varnish for reinforced insulation.
3. Both bearing were repacked due to the good condition..
4. Re-painting of external parts.
5. Cleaning and applying lube grease lubricant to both bearing as required during re-operation.
6. Testing and observing of the motor without load.

3. Both side of bearing were replaced of brand new bearing by PMSC.
5. Cleaning and applying additional lube grease lubricant to both bearing as required during re-
operation.
NOTE: We have noticed a problem on the Bearing Housing on the non-drive end (fanside).
Please see attached picture. The bearing housing surface has corroded and very loose to fit for
the new bearing , you can see it visually that there is worn out on the surface and when we fit the
new bearing it moves it’s no longer tight fit. This bearing housing need immediate repair (re
sleeve). We cannot assure that this bearing housing will function longer since the bearing can
give way anytime and will do more damage to the motor crusher. Please do action on this
problem immediately. We already informed Engr. Philip Flores regarding on our suggestion and
he was able to inspect the unit, and ordered to proceed in assembling the motor and did test run.

Note:
Motor has high temperature as observed the primary and secondary winding has heavy
accumulation of dust. The Air vent also was clogged due to dust accumulation, the air holes was
covered with dust. General cleaning was done. (Please see attached picture after servicing)
