MOTION TO REVOKE BOND filed by STATE OF ALABAMA is hereby noted.

Defendant failed to appear at the hearing yesterday as to the first motion to
revoke bond filed by the State, and the court ordered an alias writ of arrest and
conditional bond forfeiture, with the defendant to be held without bail upon his
arrest.
