Please be informed of the following schedules in relation to the SPG Election for your perusal and
ready reference, to wit;

 February 21, 2018 (Wednesday)- Meeting De Avance

 February 22, 2018 (Thursday)- SPG Election Day

Further, the undersigned humbly asking your prestigious office to allow us to use the school covered
court for the “Meeting De Avance” on the date stated above hence, audiences for such event shall all
Grade III, IV and V Pupils and allowing them religiously to convene on the said venue. And, the
classroom of Grade 5- Millan and Grade V- Urma that shall be utilized as the polling precinct. Affected
classes shall be prorated to other sections.

Madam:

Magandang Gensan!

I regret to inform you that I will be leaving District Faculty Association effective this day. Due to
unforeseen personal problems, I am no longer able to fulfill the responsibilities of my role, and I feel that
it is in the best interests of the association that I vacate the position.

I do hope that my leaving will not cause you or this good association any inconvenience. I deeply
appreciate the opportunities you have provided with me during my time as District Faculty Association
President, thus I am very grateful for all your assistance along the way.

I will do whatever necessary to ensure a smooth transition after I move on. We have Vice-
President to take over my position which I do believe capable and suitable enough to continue the
reform agenda in our term.

My relief from my post is the best for this association. I urge everyone to continue to support
the programs and projects of this administration.

I thank everyone who has supported the District Faculty Association during my stay and I appeal
to all its active members to support the new president.
