I am asking for an european income for no one’s

handicapped people from the east of the Union, 1st part

Me, Mihai Sîrbu,

from Romania, United States of Europe,
19 February 2018

If there is still an ounce of solidarity between the

european countries, then, at least it should make an impact in
the pockets of each person with disabilities, from all the
member states and from the whole European Union
territories, through a minimum European income for
handicapped people, around 500 € per month!

Without any doubt, eastern Europe, the European states,

postcommunist or the New Europe, as it was called by the American
Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfled in January 2003, which joined,
in the middle of 2000s, to be more precise, in 2004 and 2007, the
European Union, can be unfortunately found in deep and endlees crisis
of the democratic values and principles. Homeland statesmen from:
Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, Cyprus,
Malta, Slovenia and a small amount or maybe not at all, from the Baltic
states, like Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, mock the substance of their
nation’s institutions, especially those in the judiciary system,
shamelessly, almost savagely and directly making countless amounts of
populist promises in each electoral campaig, fooling people and gaining

their votes with unquestionable easiness, to us, the other ones, who still
think for themselves, being terrified how ancient and important nations
of Europe are being entirely subjugated, in the name of some politically
corrupted and cursed interests, in a mafia style, known also by the name
of white collar parties, as they should be called in the national interests
of the previously mentioned states.
Therefore, with tears in my heart, I
will address this and the following
petitions, only to the members of the
European parliament from Old Europe,
less the Great Britain, which chose,
because of some eccentric populists like
Nigel Farage, to leave the community
through Brexit , because there are
politically nulities also in the European parliament, sharing here a few
names that in their entire career did not accomplish anything about the
way the EU and their own national countries should look like: Marine
Le Pen, László Tőkés, Geert Wilders, Heinz-Christian Strache,
Matteo Salvini, Morten Messerschimidt, Timo Soini, Janusz
Korwin Mikke, Bernd Lucke and other political losers of this kind,
as you can see in the press article, from France 24 newspaper, which
makes a political analysis about the European elections in 2014, that I
found it online and which I’ll send it to you in PDF format.
Before I start developing the subject of my cause „Indignant
Handicapped”, I’ll mention the distinguished European Parliament
Members, counting on the overwhelming majority for the sensibility,
the understanding, compassion and not last on the maternal feelings of
the MEPs ladies from the western European Union, to whom I address
this petition, in the following order: to the President of the European
Commission, Jean-Claude Junker, to the President of the European
Parliament, Antonio Tajani, to the Leaders of the main political
groups of the European parliament, starting with Manfred Weber, the

not promising at all.)
The east European states, from Romania, Poland, Hungary,
Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the rest, with the exception,
perhaps of the Baltic states, are taken hostage by a small group of local
politicians, who have earned numerous wealth and influence in time,
starting from a trivial salary of high level officials, with barely a few
thousands €uros per month!
Back here in Romania, we have had the chance, power and will to
make the switch between the left and right political parties, with the
exception of two ex Presidents of the country, Ion Iliescu and Traian
Basescu, the only ones ruling for 10 years each. Romania being an
Unitary semi-presidential republic, the Prime Minister of the
Government is in fact, the main political player of Romania and the only
one who might eventually turn the Romanian democracy in an autocracy
like Putin did in Russia, which has alrealy succeded partially in Hungary
of Viktor Orban, who has run the neighbouring country apparantelly
from the begining of time, the same story happening in the Bokyo
Borisov’s Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic of the president Miloš
Zeman, and in Kaczynski’s Poland and so on, the obvious distinction
occuring in Romania since the 90s has been demostrated by having only
two Prime-Ministers, Adrian Năstase and Călin Popescu Tăriceanu,
who really ended their four years mandate.

It`s without doubt that in the eastern European states there is

neither a mature political culture for the most simple voters nor are
there Statesmen, who will put the national interests in the front row,
being therefore forced to live in a painful and endless political,
institutional and administrative struggle, since the end of the World War
II when the spheres of influence became a reality, in Ialta, in 1945, and
Romanians were left behind by the Western powers and abandoned in
the criminal hands of Russians for about half a century, time in which
our political, cultural, scientific, religious personalities were decimated,
killed and humiliated in any possible way, extremly valued and
competent like their western counterparts.
Now, in the contemporary days, the only way our enlightened
leaders from Brussels would try to convince their unqualified, corrupt
and mobster like counterparts in eastern EU: Of the importance of the
Rule of Law, of the Judicial independence and the fight against
corruption, is through the insignificant and hilarious threat given by the
European Comission with the suspension of the Veto in the European
Council.
Those measures take you to the conclusion that both the
postcommunist politicians of the east as well as their weakened nations
will leave you with a sense of loss. Oh my gosh, just think about it, the
sleepless nights Liviu Dragnea, Viktor Orban, Boyko Borisov,
Andrzej Duda, Miloš Zeman and all the others greedy careerists of
the social-economical transition towards the liberal capitalism that has
evolved since 1989 for the high oficials in eastern Europe`s politicians
will have to go through!

Esteemed Members of the European

Parliament, picture a different working
scenario which could be applied to the
east European states and even more. I`m
certain this politics would also be
succesful amongst the far-right
sympathizers of the populist parties from the West of the continent, like
the European Income for the Handicapped. If this income would make
its mark in the EU, then, the mere threat of the European Comission
President, not with the ceased payments towards the handicapped
people from all around Europe, but with its suspension, would make ten
thousands of people take out the streets against the national
governments, as they are no longer willing to fully respect all the
european norms and treaties.
Regardless of how many fake news the Russian propaganda or
other foreign powers might spread, much interested in putting us face
each other, this could not jeopardize the peace, harmony and alliance of
the EU states. The European Union is an unique, wonderful political
creation, a true model in the entire world, where, in many regions like
the Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and South-East Asia, the local
news start by sharing information from the E.U., which day by day is
becoming the first emigration and also professional option, especially in
the technology and science fields. Each year, the EU`s blue card attracts
more applicants to request for permanent residency than the infamous
American green card.
Additionally, the European Income for the handicapped would
quietly solve at least a part of the controversial issue of eastern workers,
forced to leave their homes and families to search for a brighter
tomorrow in the embodiment of a better paid job in Western Europe,
because, for example, a first degree handicapped person could keep the
whole family united, including brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces, as
500 euros is equal with almost half the salary of an extremely qualified
personnel, who works for a couple of corporations in Bucharest or in
other big Romanian cities. This way, the astonishingly dirty propaganda

of the Social-Democrats Party would stop, and their lies, the lies of the
Multinational corporations, the iliberal state, non-governmental
organizations, Soros, the billionaire, and other foolish conspirations,
would also bring people together, uniting them through a common goal,
in gigantic protests to defend the Independence of Justice, Rule of Law
and the democracy in Romania, because of that new situation, the
handicapped working together with their relatives and caretakers will in
turn change into the most passionate guardians of the democratic values
and principles of the Western World. I can almost foresee in my mind
what will happen next, as I am about to describd it in the following lines.
Fearless, the handicapped rise, with
no one to lose, no wife, husband,
children, with nothing but a turmoiled
life. With no working hours, all we have
left is our free spirits, our ideallistic and
unconstrained minds, we can protest as

in front of the maleficent government and the mafia like politicians of
the Romanian Parliament;
There is no way to escape out of this country, as emigration is not
an physical option for us, the handicapped from a country run by mad
men in prisons and their outlaw brothers, the nation`s senators and
deputies. There is always time to put the orange tents in the Government
and Parliament squares, protesting day and night for 365 days straight,
putting Ukraine to shame by the civic force of the handicapped
Romanians, as, after all, we count up to 800.000 people with different
disabilities. If we are to also add our caretakers or our parents, brothers,
sisters, counsins, nephews and grandchildren, we constitute many souls,
3, or maybe 4 millions.
The Social-Democrats proud themselves in fooling us once more,
with their unfulfilled electoral promises, shamelessly lying as the pigs
they are and screwing us, an ancient nation, way too patient with such
close minded creatures, stupid as hell and more evil than demons

themselves, who blow up Government after Government (Shhaideh,

Grindeanu, Tudose, Dăncilă), through unpredictable political
crises and explosions which occur more often in Romania than the
Islamic terrorist attacks from the Western World. Romanians have not
seen such a chaotic time since the Phanariotes period (1711 – 1821)!

Similar to the state of Romanian people,

previously mentioned in the earlier paragraph, we find
the Poles, Czechs, Slovaks, Hungarians and the rest of
the ex-communist countries from the current European
Union, facing the same situation. Just imagine,
esteemed Members of the European Parliament from
the old Europe (France, Sweden, Germany, Norway,
Italy, Spain and so on), the degree of security you could grant the eastern
side of the new Europe, which will maintain itself for a long period of
time, decades even, two or three generations, as, there shall no longer be
another east European politician who dares stir up another misleading,
dirty and fake propaganda ever again, against the Rule of Law, the
Independence of Justice and other main key institutions in an authentic,
liberal, transatlantic and western starting point. Due to this fact, not
Soros, the multinational corporations, the secret services, the Parallel
State, the illiberal democracies or other sick, schizophrenic and
delusional scenarios of the east European political cross-parties mafia
like behaviour will defend the democracy and freedom of press and non-
governmental organizations, but us, ten thousands, hundred of
thousands of handicapped men and women, are going to take the streets
to embrace our European Income for the Handicapped.

Following this script, no evil force nor its

propaganda, despite its criminal, haunting and

virulent nature, like the former Russian KGB way
of working, will never again manage to succeed,
irrespective of their bold or undercover
aggressiveness, on a multitude of different
subversive topics, leading us to believe in their
deceiving, perverse and two-faced siren song,
because of a simple reason, that being the fact that in eastern EU:
1. A disabled person, first degree, would be granted a 500
€ European Income for Handicapped people, per month.
2. A disabled person, second degree, would be granted a
250 € European Income for Handicapped people, per month.
3. A disabled person, third degree, would be granted a 150
€ European Income for Handicapped people, per month.
Under these circumstances, do you still believe, honourable
westerners, that the populist or the extremist politicians who take by
assault the European Parliament, still winning mandate after mandate
as MEPs, will still hold a chance to manipulate the helpless crowd, like
the handicapped ones, the needy ones, the never pleased ones, the
pranksters, the nameless hypocrites and the brainless cowards with, like
a bunch of sheeps, copying each other`s steps, exercising their right to
vote without fully understanding the repercussions of their choices. The
infamous Brexit or the failed Greece because of its irresponsible and
populistic politicians, make the perfect example.
They will still face succes in the big politics residing in the Union or
they will gradually dissapear from the political scene of the national
states they appertain to, having the same meteoric trajectory as Nigel
Farage, stranding more and more from the British establishment; Once
finished with his MEP`s mandate, as the Queen`s wacky man managed
to do his job, reaching his goals through a disgraceful manipulation of

the citizens of Great Britain, rejoiceful still of his considerate financial

alimony, of an ex-MEP!
I cannot abstain from asking you,
esteemed Members of the European
Parliament, this trivial, but logical
question: Would these sad characters,
political buffoons like Nigel Farage,
have still succeeded in misleading the
British voter, with his filthy, nasty ©Ukip
scheme, claming that the Government in London was losing each week
350 million pounds from the National Health Service (NHS), which the
EU took every week. Had Bruselles been in the possession of something
real, concrete and amazing for the unfortunate people in the Great
Britain, like the European Income for the Handicapped with a sum of €
500 monthly, and had the Head of the European Commision retaliated
forcefuly with the cut of billions of €uros for supporting the disabled in
the UK. I can`t help, but wonder how these people, their caretakers or
their extended families would have felt, once Brexit had become a true
fact and their European Income had been gone!
500 €uros might not seem a lot
for a resident of London,
Manchester, Liverpool etc, where
living conditions are overpriced, but
surely 500 €uros would hold a
different meaning for many
disabled persons and the less

residing in the outskirts of the Kingdom. After all, no sane individual

would give these money away, but aiding them in raising their living
conditions. Regular European, simple people who believed the insane
promises of the populists and voted randomly, bringing the nightmare
of Brexit into the lives of the intelligent and informed men for everyone
in the European Union and not only from the Great Britain should hear

of the European Single Market, of the Free movement of persons, Free

movement of capital and of other such abstract birocratic notions.
I have no doubt such an European Income for Handicapped people
would overcome the depressed mood of the ex-communist eastern
European citizens, by taking revenge and annihilating the local populist
politicians, with its gruesome populism determined to break into chaos
and readopt the old communist, autocratic ways that were unimaginable
only years ago. In response to this resolution, the handicapped people
and especially their families could finally relax and stop voting with such
resolve and in such big numbers, of 47%, a Social-Democrat Party, by
left, like Liviu Dragnea`s PSD, or at least, the citizens would start
reflecting more and give higher importance to the domestic affairs in the
electoral campaigns and not just to what was, for example, Lia Olguţa
Vasilescu promising to; An ardent, obscene and talkative populist, the
current Minister of Labour in Romania, giving her word to the local
disabled persons, like in an absurd and poorly executed thriller,
shamelessly promising them raises in welfare, not to mention other
attractive benefits, even now, while on her second year of mandate, after
making it as a Minister, as Bruce Willis played his movies, with
unlimited special efects and following a comic scenario, worth of the
Golden Raspberry Awards of the American cinematography. From these
statements, we witness the government being blown up from the inside,
by the same members of PSD, twice in one year, like in our local
franchise nicknamed: „Liviu Dragnea, Hard to Kill 3”!

It won`t end here, for one simple reason: Seeing the E.U. lowering
themselves from the beaurocratic politically abstract notion of their high
positioned chairs in Brussels and Strassbourg, to listen closely to their
subjects, the east European citizens, and not only, by understanding the
avantages of pursuing the European Income for the Handicapped,
naturally the attention and interest of the disabled, their families, and
other social disadvantaged groups, will move from the plan of the
National States towards the political debates in E.U.`s Capital, as it has
been happening from centuries in the U.S.A., in Washington.

The only way an east European country like Romania will avoid a
new international embarassment due to the irrationally immature, like
dogs in heat, of the Social-Democrat Party, who couldn`t pause for
another 24 hours, before beheading the previous outgoing Prime-
Minister of my country, Mihai Tudose, a man forced to give up his job
right at the moment of arrival, historically speaking, of the first visit of
Japan`s Prime-Minister, Shinzo Abe, the third economic power in
the world, in whose present, I, the indignant handicapped, Mihai
Sîrbu, bow my head in respect, making eye contact with dignity, in the
beautiful nippon tradition, but with sadness in my heart appologising
for this country`s politicians`s lack of diplomacy, with their lost and
shameless minds, from Bucharest.

We, the Romanians, are keeping the hope

within us that one day we shall escape the
grasp of the unreliable statesmen running our
country, these empty, hot-headed and
brainless people, trying to destract our
atenttion by keeping a cheerful facade and
continuuing in pursuing irational and
infamous political vendetas, i humbly ask Mr.
Shinzo Abe to please not abandon this nation,
to please return in Romania, somewhere in
year 2021, as barely in 2020 will general
elections within the Parliament be held again.
Unfortunately, the elections before term are
impossible to achieve here, as we still are
ruled by a Neocommunist like Constitution,
written and voted, not surprisingly, still by the
Social-Democrats, in 2003!
