TYPE OF BONUSES
There are three types of bonuses exists at Rig 65 of ROTARY Drilling Co. Ltd. These are supersede with this
issue. The new system consists of the following:

1. OIL BASED MUD BONUS

2. RIG MOVE BONUS

3. LTI (LOST TIME INJURY) FREE WORK BONUS

4. TOOLPUSHER (PERFORMANCE) BONUS

REQUIREMENT AND VALUE OF BONUSES


1. OBM BONUS

If during the month the rig used OBM for drilling/completion job this bonus will be paid for all the workers
except the followings:

 Radio operators
 Drivers
 Medics
 Storeman
 Motorman

The budget shall be computed for that bonus as the following formule

VOBM = Total number of Syrian workers excluding above mentioned personnel × 200 SP

The distribution of bonus is same for all.

2. RIG MOVE BONUS

In case of a completed rig move – rig has spudded at new location – during the month the rig move bonus will
be paid for all the workers. If two rig moves complited than two bonus will be paid. If there is a crew
change during the rig move than a weighted bonus will take place. It means that the number of the days
when the crew was involved in rig move devided with the total days of rig move gives a number. This number
will be used to calculate the value of the bonus. The rate for each worker will be decided by the
Toolpushers and Rig manager. This rate times the date value will give the rig move bonus. For those
personnel who has not involved in rig move no rig move bonus will be paid.

The budget shall be computed for that bonus as the following formule

VRIG MOVE = Total number of Syrian workers × 500 SP

The distribution of bonus is:

MINIMUM 0 SP (who was not involved in rig move)


MINIMUM 200 SP (who was involved in rig move)
MAXIMUM 1000 SP

3. LTI FREE WORK (SAFETY) BONUS

In case of LTI free work during the month, than a safety bonus will take place. In the first month after an
LTI only half of the bonus will be paid. After that month the total amount of bonus will be paid until an LTI
occurs. If more then 1 (one) LTI in a year than no bonus will be paid for the rest of the time in that year.

The budget shall be computed for that bonus as the following formule

VLTI FREE WORK = Total number of Syrian workers × 200 SP

The distribution of bonus is same for all.

4. TOOLPUSHER (=PERFORMANCE) BONUS

For the workers who had the best performance in work during the month an additional bonus take place.
This bonus is shared by the Toolpusher and Driller. Rig manager has veto rights.

The budget shall be computed for that bonus as the following formule

VTOOLPUSHER = Total number of Syrian workers × 200 SP

The distribution of bonus is:

MINIMUM 0 SP
MAXIMUM 1000 SP

DEDUCTIONS

1. The TOOLPUSHER bonus will be cancelled if the worker:

 Leaves its work place without permission from his supervisor,


 Sleeps at worktime,
 Leaves camp at crew change without medical check up.
 Stays in tee shack at different time which posted, without permission from his supervisor.

2. All bonuses will be cancelled if the worker leaves the location without permission from Rig manager.
