The fourth year students of AB Political Science of Bicol University College of Social
Sciences and Philosophy who have completed the required number of hours for Political
Science 29–Practicum or On the Job Training this second semester of A.Y. 2017-2018 will be
having a culminating activity as part of their curriculum on March 5, 2018 from 12:00nn-5pm at
Arcilla Hall, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, Daraga, Albay.

In recognition of your agency’s partnership with Bicol University in providing actual

learning experiences and preparing the 4th year AB Political Science students in engaging in
professional work employment, we are pleased to thank you for the efforts and help you
extended to the student trainees during their stay in your office.

On this note, we would like to invite you to grace the occasion. Taking into consideration
your workload and other commitments on the said date and time, may we kindly suggest that in
lieu of your presence, recommend a substitute representative from your office.

This culminating activity would include awarding of tokens and appreciation to the
government agencies where the students had their training and awarding of certificates of
