Sub: Request for 30 psi/Bar Gas Pressure

Dear Sir,
We are from Briyani Wallah and co restuarants shop no : 3,4. Our kitchen gas supply is very
less (pressure reading only 15 psi/bar). This pressure is insufficient for operation of biryani in our
restaurants. There is a request from the chef that the pressure should be increased up to 30 psi /
abr or above as per requirements. Please provide us with higher pressure as apossible. We are
writting this letter to the building management as a request to take a immediate step to full fill
our needs ,
