    Subject : Service with PLL at IGD – 5, Habshan Project

    Dear Mr. Beg,

    This is to inform you that your services at IGD – 5, Habshan will not be required due to
    health and inconsistent working reason. Accordingly your services will not be required after
    10.02.11 and you can treat this letter as one month (30 days) notice in advance.

    As per the terms and conditions of employment, we shall be setting your full and final
    settlement on or before the last day of the notice period i.e. 10.02.11.

    You are requested to forward your Labour Card, security pass and other documents for
    cancellation of your visa and settlement of your full and final dues.

    We appreciate the work you have done and wish you all the best in your future endeavor.
