System (NMS), Activation online (AOL), oracle application etc. The Tivoli software was designed to make
call management easier for call centers. Interaction with the client. 2. Worked on Helpdesk: The project
was developed to help Developers to complain or put in a request. If there was any problem with the
computer or there were certain special requirements. This was helpful in time Management as well. For
every complaint, a new number was generated and time was also specified and they were supposed to close
the complaint within specified period of time.
