Job Description 1:
1. Give technical solutions to their Global customers and initiate
the right response to them, positively and professionally.
2. Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful
information database.
3. Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and
explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users
understand.
4. Flexible to work in shifts.
5. Good Communication skills are required. Willing to work for
24*7

Pre Requisite: Fresh Graduate passing out in 202019, B. E

(CSE/IT/ECE)
Cutt off : 50% & above No black log
Compensation: 21000 + NSA ( Night Shift allowances
-4000) Incentives

Interview & Selection: 3 stage Process – 2 rounds –

1st round – JAM
2ND ROUND – Personal Interview
3rd ROUND – Technical Interview and offer
