MM PP Integration
Hi,

If anybody can give the full detail of MM PP Integration.

Kindly mention all areas where exact integration takes place with T codes(BOM,reservation,MRP,Stock
determination etc)

Dear,

MM/IM and PP are following:

1. When a Production order is created and released a reservation gets created for the
materials in BOM

2. When the reservation is created and materials are posted against the reservation with
mvt type 311 these are transferred to the respective location.

3. When a GR is posted with mvt type 101, the Finished or Semifinished goods are posted
to the respective storage location and inventorized.

4. When consumption is posted with mvt type 261 then stock will get reduced in
resepective storage location.

5. When a batch determination is done in a production order basing on the batch search
strategy and sort rule material, quantity and batch are selected.

6. During MRP, BOM which is a master data for PP is used to calculate the dependent
requirements of materials.

7. During availability check of a production order basing on the availability check

configured materials will be selected and checked.

T.code:OMWB or OBYC

With particular Chart of Accounts for Company Code, you can assign val. Modifier, Acc
modifier, valuation class & the GL accounts for debit & credit. This is the vital steps by
means of which MM/FI integration carried out with MM/FI consultants. In production
whenever 261,101,531 etc movements are carried out, in the background Material & FI
documents are generated from the settings

1. Subcontracting - spl. procurement key 30 in material master

2. Material transfer - Production in alternate plant - spl. procurement key 80 in material

master

3. Quota arrangements

4. Stock determination

5. MRP - Consumption based planning - VB - Reorder point planning.

6. Stock transfer from alternate plant - spl. procurement key 40 in material master

7. Storage location determination

Hi

1.When run the MRP the PR is created

2. 261,262 movement is GR,GR reversal for production order

3. maintaining subcontracting process in Routing--create po for the process
