SUMMARY:
The Stakeholders analysis reveal that although stakeholders basically provide support and/lead in
the provision of services and other needs, their needs also need to be satisfied to maintain good
partnership and therefore, maintain or continually improve the services this institution provides. The
availability of certain services remain a prevailing issue in DJRMH. However, efforts to provide them
have been identified and done. Currently, certain medical and surgical machines, supplies, and
equipment have been and/or are being procured/proposed to aid in improving the efficiency and
quality of health care delivery.
