NARRATIVE REPORT ON SECOND PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE

GRADE 7- G

The second parent-teacher conference was held on November 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM.
It was attended by twenty one parents. We discussed the following agenda.

 Student’s performance and their ranking

 Releasing of Cards
 Reminders for Student’s requirements
 Clarification of Homeroom project

I informed the parents about the academic performance of the students and how
we came up with their class rank. I also encourage the parents to further guide their
children to study harder because some of them got low grades and remind them about the
student’s requirements needed like PSA/NSO and Form 137. I also clarified about the
homeroom project that we agreed last PTA meeting, the project has been cancelled
because of the No Collection Policy.

After discussing the other agenda, I then handed a copy of the student’s card. The
meeting adjourned at 3:30 PM.
