Sub: Offer of Appointment

Dear Manny,

Subsequent to our discussion, we are pleased to extend you an offer of employment

with our organization effective from January 20, 2019 on the basis of your
performance during the interview process.

Please refer to your application for the above position in our organization and
subsequent interviews you had with us, we are pleased to offer you employment in
our organization as “Research Associate-PES” at INR 1,80,005/-(INR One lac
eighty thousand five only). The above CTC is inclusive of Provident Fund & ESI
deduction as per the Provident Fund & ESI Act.

The regular appointment letter with detailed terms and conditions will be issued to
you at the time of joining. You will have to sign Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
agreement at the time of joining, which will form part of your appointment letter.

At the time of joining, you are required to submit the following documents: -

1. Date of birth certificate, 10th Class

2. Educational and Professional certificates, 10th class onwards
3. Experience certificates of all employments
4. TDS certificate, if applicable
5. Three passport size Photographs
6. Passport Photocopy or any other identity proof

You are requested to report on duty on August 03, 2015 at our Gurgaon office
address i.e. Plot # 17, 3rd Floor, Sector-44, Gurgaon, Haryana-122002. In case
you do not report for duty on the above date this offer will stand cancelled unless
extended by mutual consent.

Please sign the copy of this letter in token of having accepted this offer and return to
us by latest by Thursday, July 30, 2015. Please note that your commitment to date
of joining is important with us.

On your acceptance of the offer letter, background check will be conducted.

Negative response on background check will cancel the offer automatically.

You are requested to report on duty on August 03, 2015 at our Gurgaon office

you do not report for duty on the above date this offer will stand cancelled unless
