Greetings!
As per stated from the Anti-Bullying Policy of St. Benilde and the Republic Act No. 10627,
this letter is being sent to notify you of the outcome of the meeting we had last January
16, 2019 at the School Library with the Senior High School Principal, Dr. Evelyn B.
Nuesca, the Head of the Students Development and Services, Mrs. Marlyn V. Alibarbar
and the School President, Mr. Joseph J. Tabirara. The said meeting tackled the incident
of alleged bullying filed against your child which occurred on December 14, 2018.
After a thorough investigation, initiated on January 4, 2019, it has been determined that
an act of bullying did occur. Therefore, the following actions were taken:
We have agreed that your child would take actions (corrective measures rather than
penalty) such as reaching out to people she has hurt, say sorry and be humble. We were
asking feedback to those people she hurt. Considerations were given to your child. But,
15 days have lapsed, we still feel that this matter has not been satisfactorily resolved.
Again, we are still giving her 72 hours to reach out to the people concerned in this matter.
Also, a written explanation why she should not be given any disciplinary actions regarding
her attitude.
Failure to respond within the period given the management will be constrained and has
no recourse just to give your child the corresponding action which is to expel her from this
school.
Sincerely,
Dear Sir:

Greetings!
After a thorough investigation, initiated on February 7, 2019, it has been determined that
a form of deceit such as tampering of school records, forms and/or any other
documents of the school or forging the signature of school authorities did occur.
As per stated from the student manual the offense done has an equivalent sanction of
IMMEDIATE DROPPING or EXPULSION. This letter is being sent to notify you of the
outcome of the investigation with the Senior High School Principal, Dr. Evelyn B. Nuesca,
the Head of the Students Development and Services, Mrs. Marlyn V. Alibarbar and the
School Guidance Counselor.
The School is giving your child, CJ Guevarra, 72 hours to write an explanation why she
should not be expelled or dropped out from the school regarding her wrong doings.
Failure to respond within the period given the management will be constrained and has
no recourse just to give your child the corresponding action which is to expel her from this
school.
Sincerely,
