4 A. VISUAL TEST

(1) Visually check the LED Logo

Light (1-1) or (1-1A) or (1-1B) or (1-
1C) for external damage. Refer
IPL(Page No. 10009) of CMM 33-
47-15

(2) There must be no external

damage to the LED Logo Light (1-1)
or (1-1A) or (1-1B) or (1-1C). Refer
IPL(Page No. 10009) of CMM 33-
47-15

B. DIELECTRIC STRENGTH TEST : (DO THIS TEST ONLY, IF WIRING IS SUSPECTED OF

DAMAGE )

(1) Apply the testing voltage 1500

V/50Hz for one minute between the
electrical contacts "A" and "B"
tied together and the Contact C and
to the Bonding Point of the
equipment.
Not more than 2.5 mA

(2) The current must not be more

No Breakdown or Flashover
than 2.5 mA.

(3) There must be no breakdown or

flashover.

C. INSULATION RESISTANCE TEST : (DO THIS TEST ONLY, IF WIRING IS SUSPECTED OF
DAMAGE )

(1) Apply the testing voltage 500 V 500 V DC

DC between the electrical contacts
"A" and "B" tied together to the
contact “C” and the Bonding Point of
the equipment.

(2) The resistance must not be less Must not be less than

D. BONDING MEASUREMENT :

(1) Measure the bonding resistance

point.

(2) Measure the bonding resistance Must not be more than

surface point.

E. OPERATIONAL TEST :

(1) Connect the 115 V power supply 115 V

to the LED Logo Light.

(2) Set the power supply to on.

(3) Measure the EUT input

current at operating voltages of
115V/400 Hz.

(4) Malfunction is not allowed to

occur during the functional test.

(5) Remove the power supply

from the LED Logo Light.
