Sub:- Second legal notice under section 10 of AP buildings control


Act 1960 R/w section 106 of T.P Act for evicting you from the notice
schedule property of my client – Rg.

Under the initiations and on behalf of my client Smt. Kommuru
Sailaja, D/o Sidda Reddy and W/o. Sudhakar Reddy, Residing in
Obulvaripalle Town, Post & Mandal, Kadapa District and also residing in
Rajampeta in the house of her husband. I hereby issue this legal notice to
you with the following facts.
1. The schedule property originally belonged to paternal
ancestors of my client named Kommuru Chinna Narasa Reddy and
Yasodamma. Kommuru Chinna Narasa Reddy died long ago by leaving his
estate to his wife named Kommuru Yasodamma. The paternal
grandmother of my client named Yasodamma surrendered the schedule
property to the Mandal Revenue Officer of Obulvaripalle for granting
D.K.T. patta to my client. Thereafter the Mandal Revenue Officer of
Obulvaripalle Mandal granted D.K.T Patta No: 508/1409 dated 08-04-
1999 to my client for the schedule property. My client constructed Zink
Sheet house in the schedule property during 1999 and enjoying the

schedule property. My client leased out the Veranda covered with Zink
sheets to you about 2 years ago on oral lease for the monthly rent of
Rs: 1,000/-. You have been running Dosala Business in that Varanda. You
agreed to pay the rent of Rs: 1,000/- to my client, but you are not paying
the rent regularly to my client with fraudulent motive since 8 months.
2. My client Sailaja is residing in the house of her parents in
Obulvaripalle as well as in her husband house at Rajampeta. The address
furnished in the first legal notice dated 22-03-2018 is correct as for as the
address of her parents. Your relative named Kovvuru Lakshumma has no
right or authority to purchase this notice schedule property on 23-11-
1995 from the persons who have no valid title and competent authority
to sell this notice schedule property to Kovvuru Lakshumma. You or
Kovvuru Lakshumma cannot derive any title over the schedule property
since the vendor of Kovvuru Lakshumma has no legal right and interest
over the schedule property of my client.
3. You did not construct sheet roof house in the schedule
property at any point of time. Your reply notice schedule property and
the schedule property mentioned in the legal notice dated 22-03-2018
and in the schedule of this second legal notice are different and not at all
similar. You are confusing yourself and that you are equating this notice
schedule property of my client with your reply notice schedule property
even though both the schedule properties in the extent as well as in the
boundaries are 100% different. Your relative Kovvuru Lakshumma is
nothing to do with the schedule property of my client.
4. You defaulted to pay the rents for the last 8 months
amounting to Rs: 8,000/-. Further you are denying the title of my client
over the notice schedule property. So you are liable to be evicted form
the schedule property for the reasons that you are defaulted in paying
the rents and further you are denying the title of my client and that you
are setting up the title of some third person named Kovvuru Lakshumma
over the schedule property of my client. You are trying to construct a
house in the schedule property unlawfully in order to grab the notice
schedule property of my client without any right or authority over the
notice schedule property. You should not make any construction in the
schedule property.

5. Therefore please take this second legal notice under section
10 of AP buildings control Act 1960 R/w section 106 of T.P Act and that
you should vacate the schedule property by the end of June 2018 and
deliver vacant possession of the schedule property to my client.
Otherwise my client is forced to file R.C.C petition or Original Suit against
you in the court of law for evicting you from the schedule property by
holding you liable for costs and consequences.

The property situated in Obulvaripalle village fields,
Obulvaripalle Mandal, Pullampeta Sub-District, Kadapa District.
S.No: 2623, plot No: 2, Extent Ac.0.03 cents.
