Sub:- Legal notice Under sections 8 and 15 of Hindu succession Act
of 1956 by preventing you Nos. 2 to 12 from alienating the schedule
property to you No.1 – Rg.
Under the instruction and on behalf of our clients Gavarna
Nagahaih Naidu, 2. Gavarna Rama Naidu, 3. Gavarna Sreenivasulu
Naidu, all are sons of late Gavarna Subba Rayudu, residing at
Tallapalle Vellammavari palle village & post, Vempalle Mandal, pin
code 516329, Kadapa District, we hereby issue this legal notice to you
Nos. 1 to 12 with the following facts.

1. The main ancestor being the maternal grandfather of our
clients named Alamuru Pedda Rama Naidu son of Alamuru Yarramanaidu,
resident of Venkatapuram village, Pulivendual earst while Taluk was
blessed with five sons and one daughter named 1. Alamuru Sanjeeva
Rayudu, 2. Alamuru Sreeramulu Naidu, 3. Alamuru Subba Rayudu Naidu,
4. Alamuru Yarrama Naidu, 5. Alamuru Venkatrayudu Naidu and one
daughter named 1. Chennamma. The main ancestor Alamuru Pedda
Rama Naidu promised to his only daughter named Chennamma at the
time of her marriage with Gavarna Subba Rayudu to execute a will in her
favour for the schedule property towards her Pasupu Kunkam.
2. The said main ancestor Pedda Rama Naidu S/o Yarrama Naidu
executed a will on 13/06/1951 in favour of his only daughter named
Chennamma wife of Gavarna Subbarayudu bequeathing the schedule
mentioned landed property. The said Alamuru Pedda Rama Naidu

testator of 13/06/1951 will died during 1955 - 1960 years by giving effect
to the will dated 13/06/1951 which was made by him in favour of his only
daughter named Chennamma towards her Pasupu Kumkam. The
schedule property is being enjoyed by Gavarna Chennamma after the
death of her father by raising various crops with the help of her husband
Gavarna Subba Rayudu Naidu. That Gavarna Chennamma and her
husband Subba Rayudu led happy married life and blessed with three
sons named 1. Gavarna Nagaiah Naidu, 2. Gavarna Rama Naidu and 3.
Gavarna Sreenivasulu Naidu who are our clients herein. Gavarna
Chennamma being the mother of our clients died intestate during 1998
year by leaving the schedule property to her three sons. Thereafter our
three clients took possession of the schedule property during 1998 years
and raising various crops. That father of our clients died about 30 years
ago. Our three clients inherited the schedule property of their mother as
per section 15 of Hindu succession Act of 1956 being the general rules of
succession of female Hindus from 1998 year after death of their mother
Gavarna Chennamma. The unregistered will dated 13/06/1951 was
executed by Alamuru Pedda Rama Naidu in the presence of the attestors
named Gavarna Naga Subba Ramulu Naidu and Dasamaneni Rama Naidu,
scribed by Rama Chandraiah in favour of his only daughter named
Gavarna Chennamma wife of Gavarna Subba Rayudu.
3. Your Nos. 2 to 12 are the grand sons of Alamuru Pedda Rama
Naidu are trying to sell away the schedule mentioned property of our
clients to you No.1 for rupees 1 ½ crores. The barging is going on
between you No.1 and you Nos. 2 to 12 relating to the schedule property
since two months. You Nos. 2 to 12 have no right or authority over the
schedule property of our clients for making registered sale deed in favour
of you No. 1 for the consideration of rupees 1 ½ crores. Our clients have
total objections to you Nos. 1 to 12 for knocking away and selling away
the schedule property of our clients by way of nominal and in valid
registered sale deeds.
4. You No.1 will not get any right or authority over the schedule
property of our clients even if you No.1 get registered sale deed from you
Nos. 2 to 12 since you Nos.2 to 12 are not in possession and enjoyment of
the schedule property from 1955 to 1960 after the death of Alamuru
Pedda Rama Naidu since that property was willed away by him on
13/06/1951 in favour of his only daughter named Gavarna Chennamma.

5. Therefore please take this legal notice under section 8 and 15
Hindu succession Act of 1956 that your Nos.2 to 12 have no right or
authority over the schedule property for executing registered sale deed
in favour of you No.1. Hence you No.1 please take this legal notice that
you No.1 will not get any right or title or possession over the schedule
property if you No.1 dare to get registered sale deed from you Nos. 2 to
12. Otherwise our clients will file civil suit against you Nos.1 to 12 in the
court of law for the schedule property by holding you liable for costs and
consequences.

The immovable landed property situated at Yarragudipalle village
fields, Pulivendual Sub-District, Kadapa District.
S.No. 143/2 extent Acs 3.57 pura.
