Under the instructions and on behalf of my client

Sri.Tiruveedhula Soma Sekhar son of Venkata Subbaiah residing at
Door No: 3-149, near post office line, New Madhavaram, Ontimitta
Mandal, Pin code 516247, Kadapa District and also residing at Door
No: 41-1451-2, Amma house, Near Sankarapuram S.B.I Kadapa city, I
hereby issue this legal notice to you U/s 138(b) of N.G.I Act with the
following facts.

1. Your borrowed Rs. 87,500/- from my client on 02-07-2016

for running your sarees business. My client demanded your several
times for that amount. Later you issued a cheque No. 964000 of
State Bank of India Madhavaram Branch in favour of any client for
Rs. 87,500/- dated 29-04-2018. My client presented that cheque in
Andra Bank Kadapa Branch on 03-05-2018 for collection of that
amount. The said Bank returned that cheque unpaid on the ground
that you have no sufficient funds for honouring that cheque.

2. My client is demanding you to pay that cheque amount of
Rs. 87,500/- with interest at the rate of Rs. 24 % P.A as agreed upon
from 02-07-2016 up to now. In total you are demanded to pay the
principal amount of Rs. 87,500/- with interest amount of Rs. 38,500/-
amounting to Rs. 1,26,000/- to my client within 15 days.

3. Therefore please take this legal notice and that you

should pay that dishonoured unpaid cheque amount of Rs. 87,500/-
with interest amount of Rs.38,500/- with in fifteen days. Otherwise
my client is going to file criminal complaint in J.F.C.M court at
Kadapa for sending you to jail by holding you liable for casts and
consequences.
