Sub:- Execution of registered sale deed in favour of my client on
19-07-2018 at L.R palle Sub registrar office for schedule property- Rg.

Under the instructions and behalf of my client Smt Bayana Boyina
Gangojamma W/o Obulesu residing at K.Yarragudi village and post,
Chakrayipet Mandal, Kadapa District, I hereby issue this legal notice to
you with the following facts: -
1. You sold the schedule property to my client on 26-12-2007 for
Rs. 9000/- by executing an agreement of sale in favour of my client by
delivering possession of the schedule property to my client for executing
registered sale deed in favour of my client as and when my client
demands you to execute regular registered sale deed in favour of my
client. Your sons named Pedda Gangaiah and Chinna Gangaiah signed as
attestors in that agreement.
2. You are respectable, good and law abiding women. But your
sons named Pedda Gangaiah and Chinna Gangaiah are with fraudulent
intention stopping you from making regular registered sale deed in
favour of my client. My client is going to sell the schedule house site to
third parties and that intending purchasers are demanding regular
registered sale deed for that property.

 3. Your two sons named Pedda Gangaiah and Chinna Gangaiah
came to beat my client and her husband 20 days back when my client
demanded you to execute regular registered sale deed in favour of my
client. My client got loan of Rs. 1,40,000/- from A.P Housing corporation
L.T.D for construction of two portions house in the schedule property.
The walls were raised by fixing door frames and windows to the schedule
property. You are bound to execute regular registered sale deed for the
schedule property since you received Rs.9000/- from my client on 26-12-
2007.
4. Therefore please take this legal notice and that you are
requested to come to Sub registrar office at Lakkireddipalle on 19-07-
2018 by 10:30 A.M and execute regular registered sale deed either in the
name of my client or in the name of some other person as required by my
client. Otherwise my client is forced to file a civil suit against you in the
court of law for that purpose by holding you liable for costs and
consequences.
Schedule : - The immovable property situated in K.Yarragudi
village fields, Chakrayipet Mandal, Lakkireddipalle Sub District, Kadapa
District.
