Para completar el Informe de Referencia de Terceros es importante que el equipo directivo (Director y el
Jefe de UTP) recolecten información del desempeño del docente evaluado a partir de diferentes fuentes
o instancias, entre las que se sugieren:

Evaluaciones disponibles
Reportes del equipo de gestión (Jefe de UTP, Orientador
(a), Inspector(a) General, Coordinadores de ciclo);
evaluaciones institucionales, resultados SIMCE, etc.

Dependiendo de las particularidades de cada escuela o liceo, estas u otras fuentes son un medio
efectivo para recoger antecedentes del desempeño de los docentes que usted debe evaluar.
