SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, , of legal age, Filipino, a resident of Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City and
President of 116 Partagas Trading Corporation, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of Murcia, Negros Occidental,
Philippines and/or, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of Bacolod City,
Negros Occidental, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me
and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things,
namely:

1. To represent me and in my behalf in the processing of documents of

CORPORATION relative to its application for Business Permit (new) in the
Permits and Licensing Division of the City of Bacolod.

2. To represent me and in my behalf in the processing of documents of

CORPORATION relative to its registration in the Bureau of Internal Revenue,
Bacolod City.

3. To receive any and all documents related to the application and/or registration of
CORPORATION from the concerned government agencies/offices.

4. To pay any and all such expenses that may be necessary to effect the application
and/or registration of the said corporation.

5. To sign and execute the necessary documents to carry into full effect the power
herein conferred and to do any other related and/or incidental task that may be
needed to fully and effectively carry out the authority herein conferred upon him.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite,
necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person, with full
power of substitution and revocation; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact

shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
