We, ZAWEP Mining Limited, confirm with full legal corporate responsibility and authority that the
following commodity is available under the standard terms and conditions herein;

Commodity: Gold (Au) Nuggets/Bars.

Purity: 96% plus.

Carat: 22 carats.

Price: CIF $30,000.00 USD per kilogram (negotiable).

Quantity available: 2000 KGS

Delivery: The buyer will, after initial smelting and assay at Seller’s refinery in Dar-es-Salaam,
Tanzania, buy 10% of total quantity of commodity ordered to facilitate for the local government
taxes and administrative documents for the export of the gold then after the final smelting and
assay at buyer’s refinery, buyer will pay for the 90% of the order quantity of the commodity.
Brinks will handle security and transportation of gold.
Payment terms: Telegraphic Transfer MT103 after initial assay at Seller’s refinery and before
parcel is handed over to Brinks after smelting and assay in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Delivery terms: This is valid for Seven (7) days from the date of issue.

PROCEDURE

The Seller sends a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and complete details of sale offer for Buyer to
sign;

The Buyer returns the FCO signed and stamped together with Proof of Funds (MT760);
v
The Buyer and Seller shall verify and inspect the goods physically by carrying out the
smelting and assay and agreeing to the assay results. The goods will then be moved to Brinks
for export purposes.

The payment is then done after the buyer has received the goods at preferred destination.

Buyer will deduct all the front payments, if any, from the final payment of the gold after
assay.
