1 Bidders sought clarification w.r.t the Sec. III of Scope of Tender Clause no MRPL clarified that Existing cluase w.r.t
revision in Minimum wages and other work and Special VII .10 minimum wages is revised and furnished at
allowances payable to the contactor. condition of the Annexure I . This replaces the existing
contract clause VII.10 of the tender document. No
other allowances other than details speicifed
in VII.10 is payable by MRPL.

2 Bidders Sought clarification w.r.t
minimum number of deployment of
Mandays per Month.

PF/ESI, Gratuity, Holiday wages, leave
wages, Group insurance, Shift
allowance.
Sec. III of Scope of Tender Clause no MRPL claified that deploymnet should be as
work and Special VII .25 per the details specified in the tender
condition of the document. Any shortage in deployment of
Mandays / Manpower shall attaract Penalty
as per the revised clause No VII.25 which is
attached as Annexure II . This replaces the
existibng clause VII. 25 of the tender
document.
MRPL's clarification w.r.t Bidders queries
are furnished at Annexure-III and/or added
as new clauses at Clause No. VII.29, VII.30,
VII.31, VII.32, VII.33. These new additonal
clauses will be part of the tender document.

4 Bidders sought clarification w.r.t Jetty- MRPL clarified that it is in the scope of
pass Bidder.
