SET-UPS
The left two drawings depict a weld head set-up to weld a tube stub or a fitting to the “pull”. The drawing on
the right depicts branch spacing requirements for manifold applications.
The “branch” tube or fitting must be tack-welded to the “pull” before installing the weld head.
The chart below can be used as a guide to the required stick-out and branch spacing dimensions.
