Darren - thanks for the invoice update, and offer. Unfortunately, the slow payments have not been born
ut of mean-spiritedness (Le., that we're just siting on cash waiting for you to offer a price
reduction). The cash flow woes are from the canceled corporate merger with Crimson Forest, the
Chinese company that brought the DRAGON film to us. They left us at the alter, metaphorically, and now
we're stuck paying all the bills for the wedding!
‘We have been struggling to get you small monthly payments from our fee share of other projects... and
‘we plan to continue monthly payments unless some unforeseen sudden cash flow surprise arrives in our
laps. But Ill discuss your offer with Fred as we are definitely sympathetic to your needs and appreciative
‘of your prior patience.
Sincerely,
Eric Parkinson, C.E.O,

Hi Erio,
‘Attached is the new invoice with the edits from Star and the updated balance due afer the two payments
We received. The remaining balance due is $6,792.50.
‘We would like to make a settlement offer to you as an incentive to finalize this project for both parties. We
would accept a $5,000 payment in full by February 1, 2018. (We do accept MC/Visa if that helps) We
want success for this project and hope this will help.
Sincerely,
Darren and Branden Crisp
