NARRATIV

powder
rifle
out
in
the
garage.
After
news
of
the
murders
came
out,
Ryan
asked
Dennis
about
it.
Dennis
just
threatened
to
kill
Ryan's
family
if
he
talked
about
it.
Thelast
timeRyan
was
at the
lversons'place
when
they werealive
was
on
12-20-18
or
l2-2I-18
to help
work
on
a
vehicle
and
move
pot
plants.
He did not
goback
until
about
two
daysafter the
media news
came
out;
the
scene
was
taped
off
andRyan
stopped
at
the
roadside on
DeerPark
Road
briefly,
thendrove
by
on Bear
MeadowsRoad
to
see
if
it
was
true.
Det.
Waterhouseas
kedRyan
if
he
received
Det.
Waterhouse's
call
or
text.
Ryan
said
he
got
a
text
and he
thought
it
was
about
his
warrant.
He
showed
it
to
Chris,
and
Ryan figured
Chris
would
tell
Dennis,
so
Ryan
then
showed
it
toDennis
and
asked
whypeoplewer
e
trying
tocontact
him.
Dennis
gotthreatening
,
took Ryan's
phone,
andchanged
the
number to
Ryan's
phone.It
was
the
same
phone
that was
on Ryan
when
he
wasapprehende
d.
Det.
W.aterhouse
askedabout
a
beef
between
Dennis
andGabe
Drum.
Ryansaid
Dennis
had
a
problem
withhim
about
something.
Dennis
and
hisgirlfriend
at
the
time wentto
rough
Gabe
up.
Det.
W'aterhouse
described
that the
account
he
received from
other
sources. Ryan
said,

Ryan
said
that
Darrel
talked
to Dennis,
and
Dennis
saidhe
was
just
going
to
talkto
Gabe.
Dennis, Ryan
and
Alexandria
went
for
a
ride
in
the
van.
Alexandria
was
driving
and
she
contacted
Gabe
to
meet
them.
Dennis
and
Ryan
were in
theback
of
the
van when
they
wentto
the
rest
stop.
Dennis
gave
Ryan
a
saw-off
shotgun
and
Dennis
hada
9mm
pistol.
Ryan
asked
what theywere
doing,
and
Dennis
said
to
shut
up
and
thatnothing
bad
was
goingto
happen.Gabe
gotinto
the
van
and
tumedaround
as
theybegan
driving.
Dennis
pulledhis
gun
and
Ryanstood
up to
stop
him.
Dennis
fired
and
theshot
knocked
the
shotgun
out
of
Ryan'shand.
The

off
the

the

NARRATIVE
frame
behindthe
front
passenger
door and
fragments
wereon
the
seat
andfloorboard--
thedefect
to
the van
door frame
rvas
never
repaired.
Gabe
bailed
andthey drove
off.
Dennis
andRyan
argued, and
Dennis
told
Ryan
that
if
he
told
anyone
what
happened,
Ryan was
dead.
Also,
Dennis
said he
shotat
Gabe
becauseGabe
saw
him
whenhe
turned
around
because
he
heard
something.
However,
Ryan
said
it
wasdark andhe
didn't
think
Gabe
sawthem.
Alexandria then
drove
them
to
Darrel's
house.
The
gunsstayed
in
the
van.
Darrell
and
Dennis
asked
Ryan
why
he
stopped
Dennis
from
shootingGabe.
Dennisthen drove
Ryan
to
Jessica's
house
and
dropped
himoff.
Det.
Waterhouse
asked
if
Dennis
was
Darrel's
muscle.
Ryan
said,
I
guess,
yeah.
Ryansaid
that
Dennis
had
pointed
a
30.06
rifle
at
Markin Darrell's
drivewaywhen
Mark
was
leaving
in
his
pickup
around
Thanksgiving
when they
gotkicked,
and
Darrell
told
Dennis
Don't.
Mark wasnever
aware
it
happened.
Regarding
motive for
the
homicides,
Ryan
said theonly
motive
he
could
think
of
was
how
Darrell
treated
Kallie.
Kallie
told
Dennisaboutshit,
and
Dennisgotupset
and
he
starts
being
all big
and
bad
ass
like
he's
gonna
do
something
about
it.
Dennis
told
Ryan
to
fuck
off'about
the
matter
because
Dennis
didn't
want Ryan
to
fuck
it
up.
Ryan said that
he
not
only
stopped
Dennis
from
shooting
Gabe,
but
further
back
he
had
stopped
Dennis
from
shooting
Justin
over
a
debt
by
forewarning
Justin.Ryan said
that
he was
scared
of Derrnis.
Ryan
wouid
have come
forward
sooner and
volunteered
this
information
if
he
didn't
fear
that
his
family would
get
killed.
Ryansaid,
He
keeps
tabs
onme
like
you
wouldn't
believe.
Ryan
hadcommunicate
d
to
Stephani
that
he was
scared, and
scared
for
his
family.
Ryan added
that
Dennis
tells
stories
about where
he was
from.
Dennis claimedto
have
been
from
Idaho
or
someother
state
where he
did hitsfor
the
Mexican
mafra.

them
for
a
couple
days and
thenshoot
and
burn
them.
The
cops
didn't
care
because
they
were'þedophi
les
and
rapos.
He
talked
aboutfeeding
and
keepingpeople
aliveto
beat
them, cut
them,
shoot
them,
and
ate
body
parts
in
frontof
people
topsychologic
ally
affect
them.
He
spoke
of
shootingpeople
twicein
the
chestandonce
in
the
head
as
well.
After
shooting them
in
the head,
he burnedthem
to
get
rid
of
them.
He
claimed
to
havedone
this
on
18
people,
or
between
15-20 people,
in
a
barn wherehe
used
to
live.
Dennis
alsosaid
thisto his ex-
girlfriend
of
5
years,
Kathy,
whobroke up
with him2
months
ago.
Therefore,
I
believethat
there
is
probable
cause
thatDennis
Bauer
committed
three
counts
of
Murder
in
the
SecondDegree
for
the
deaths
of
Darrel
Iverson,Jorda
nlverson,
and
TiffanyMayo
n12-26-18
at
52
Bear
Meadow
Road
in
Clallam
County.
I
also
believe
that
thereis
probable
cause
that
DennisBauer
committed
one
countof
Attempted
Murder in
the
Second Degree
for
theattempteds
hooting
of
Gabe
Drum
(Oueilhe)in
Novemberof
2018
at
theDeer
Park
reststop
at

County.
