SUBJECT: 2018 Project PRO: Pre-Retirement Orientation

1. The Schools Division Office of Camarines Sur has scheduled a Pre-

Retirement Orientation for would-be retirees on December 13*, 2018 at
8:00AM to 5:00PM at the Avenue Plaza Hotel, Naga City.

2. This aforementioned activity aims to Orient the participants on GSIS and

Philhealth retirement plans, benefits, opportunities and other related topics;
ensure a positive planning for retirement experience; recognize the
challenges and opportunities that retirement presents; make decisions about
financial planning for retirement, and consider their goals and aspirations in
the next phase of their lives.

3. The list of participants and working committee is found in the attached

enclosure.

4. There shall be no registration fee. The expenses for food, venue, and other
materials shall be charged against the Division HRTD funds subject to the
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations; while travel and other
expenses shall be charged against school/Division MOOE/local funds subject
to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. The working committee shall have a meeting on December 12, 2018 at 9:00-
12:00 noon at the SGOD Office, Ground Floor of SDO Camarines Sur.

6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
