LIVT’s primary service area encompasses, with the exclusion of Cuba, the four 800 nautical mile circles as seen below in the
shaded areas. Loyalty Card members will be able to fly at a standard rate to any destination within this service areas they choose
that is appropriate to the Membership they join. Additionally, we service all other areas for an out of service area charge.
Other international fees & scheduling considerations apply for flights outside of the United States.

LIVT is a private membership-based program where members enter Program (the “Program”). The Program provides its members with access to private flights operated by an
aircraft operator that holds an air carrier certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Administration under the Federal Aviation Regulations (the “Operator”). In arranging flights for
the Member, Manager acts as the agent for the Member to contract on demand transportation with the Operator, but the Manager itself is not a certificated air carrier.

Manager reserves the sole right to alter this schedule at any time and at its discretion. Any changes or additions
shall be published and distributed by Manager with at least 45 days’ notice.
