We are inviting you to participate in a study entitled: "Maid in the Philippines:


An Analysis of the Strengths and Weaknesses of the Batas Kasambahay in the
Protection of Filipino Domestic Workers and their Rights and Benefits." We are
currently enrolled in AB Legal Management at the University of Santo Tomas and in
process of writing our undergraduate dissertation. The purpose of this study is:

Your participation in this research project is completely voluntary. You may


decline altogether, or leave blank or refuse any questions you don�t wish to
answer. There are no known risks to participation beyond those encountered in
everyday life. Your responses will remain confidential and anonymous. Data from
this research will be kept under lock and key and reported only as supplementary
information. No one other than the researchers will know your individual identities
to this questionnaire and interview.
