Closing Ceremony, last day of the boys and girls week 2018, last day as the officials of the
school. Also, the days that we, officials, will return the banner of the school that once resembled the
challenges and the hard works as the officials.

The closing program ran smoothly as expected. The program was led by the officials. The
program’s composed of the officials with their counterparts and the student teachers with their
corresponding teachers and the students themselves.

The program started off with the counterparts walking over the aisle. Then, the prayer. Followed
by the Boy Principal’s returning of the symbol of the school. At the latter part of the program, it’s now
the teachers’ part to give their own gifts and a certificate to symbolize and remember the students’
greatness. The program was ended by the closing remarks lead by Mrs. Templonuevo, the Chair of Boys
and Girls Week 2018 and the Department Head of Araling Panlipunan.

It has been a stressful, traumatizing, and a hell week for us. But, it’s one of the most memorable
momentous of our lives. It may be hard, but it’s worth keeping.

At 7 o'clock in the morning, the launching of the Boys and Girls week 2018 was held at Mariano
Marcos Memorial High School covered court. At the first part of the program, marcosians witnessed the
4 officials of Mariano Marcos Memorial High School for the division boys and girls 2018 and local Boys
and Girls officials walk the aisle and the pinning of sash for the local officials.

All officials recited in chorus the oath of office which states their promises to do their duties
without hesitation for the whole week which was led by Mrs. Eden Templonuevo.

For the passing of symbol for the assigned boy principal, Dr. Roland L. Dela Cruz stated his
message for his counterpart, Edgar Lawrence M. Herrera then passed the school logo as the symbol. The
boy principal also gave his message for Dr. Dela Cruz. A message that’s fully composed of sincerity and
bravery as he accepts the logo that symbolizes both challenges and responsibilities.

Before the last part of the program, the officials sat on the stage for the first time as officials of
the school. Then, Mr. Edgar Herrera gave his closing remarks to end the program.

We are gathered for a Leadership Seminar. Just like a typical program, we started with a prayer
and a nationalistic song that was followed by Mrs. Templonuevo for her opening remarks about
leadership, after her few words about leadership, she started to discuss the factors that a leader must
have.

Only the boy and girl officials were given a chance to attend the said leadership seminar to
enhance skills in leading and social interaction. For the officials, the training is helpful for their
improvement, in terms of leadership and how each individual would become a good leader. As the
officers wholeheartedly listened to the discussion of the training.

The purpose of this seminar is to help the officials to become a better leader and this seminar is
also their guide as they prepare for the upcoming boys and girls week. Then, the officials discussed their
own strengths and weaknesses. Next is the officials made their own oath of office as a preparation.
Lastly, the officers listened until the end of the discussion.
