1. Uninstallation process on PC

1.1. Automatic uninstallation on PC

In the « start » menu you can reach the unstallation program.

1. Click in the « start » menu of Windows,

2. Select « Program » menu, then « Dialogys MPF »,

and click on the application « Uninstall Dialogys MPF ».

 The uninstallation application starts and asks for the language of the uninstallation assistant.

3. In the confirmation menu :

• Click on the button [YES] for starting uninstallation
or
• On the button [Cancel] for leaving uninstallation program.

In case of error during uninstallation, follow the manual process just after

 1.2. Manual uninstallation on PC

The uninstallation consists in erasing all the folders installed by Dialogys MPF2 for a
reinstallation without any problem.

During uninstallation of Dialogys MPF2, you have chosen installation way you want for
Dialogys MPF2 in the window just bellow:

This way is important to find the directory to uninstall.

For the next steps of the process, this way will be called [chemin_installation]. (By default,
[chemin_installation] = C:\Program Files).

The manual uninstallation of Dialogys MPF2 consists in erasing the following folders or file:
• The folder « _ivm » in the directory [chemin_installation]
• The folder « dialogys » in the directory [chemin_installation]

 • The file « dialogysMPFuser.prf » in the directory profil of your computer.
The location of this directory depends of the Windows OS installed on your computer (for
example, for Windows XP , this file is in the directory C:\Documents and
settings\Administrator).

If you do not know the location of this file, you can use the « search » function in Windows in
« start » menu.

NB If you still have mistakes, contact your computer helpdesk.

2. Uninstallation process on Mac

2.1 Automatic uninstallation on MAC

The uninstallation software is reachable in Dialogys set up directory.

Enter in the directory « uninstall » and click on « dialogysuninstall.command »

Choose the language of the uninstallation software and click on « Ok »

Click after on « next », Dialogys will uninstall.

In case of error during uninstallation, follow the manual process just after

 2.2 Manual uninstallation on MAC

The uninstallation consists in erasing all the folders installed by Dialogys MPF2 for a
reinstallation without any problem.

During uninstallation of Dialogys MPF2, you have chosen installation way you want for
Dialogys MPF2 in the window just bellow:

This way is important to find the directory to uninstall.

For the next steps of the process, this way will be called [chemin_installation]. (By default,
[chemin_installation] = /Applications/).

The manual uninstallation of Dialogys MPF2 consists in erasing the following folders or file:
• The folder « dialogys » in the directory [chemin_installation] (slide this folder in the
dustbin)

• The folder « dialogysMPFuser.prf » in the directory HOME of your MAC. (slide this folder in
the dustbin)
