certificates i.e. denomination, date of issue of certificates and from which
post office the certificates were purchased so that the required report

It is intimated that the Court of Xth Additional District & Sessions

Judge Karachi East has issued a notice to Postmaster General Metropolitan Circle
Karachi in SMA No. 151/2017 for submission of report regarding above captioned
Special Saving Certificates. Today, i.e. on 24.10.2017, Assistant Superintendent
(Law) of this office visited Karachi G.P.O. and had a meeting with Senior
Postmaster Savings Karachi G.P.O. on the above said issue. The copy of stock
register of PSD showing the details regarding issuance of above said saving
certificates to Senior Postmaster Savings Karachi G.P.O. vide invoice nos. SSC.36/R
dated 14.03.1997 and SSC-48 dated 01.12.1999; was also handed over to the
Senior Postmaster Savings.

You are directed to trace out the saving certificates in question and
report compliance till tomorrow positively without fail otherwise your office would
be held responsible and the same report would be submitted before the court.

This is a court issue and may not be delayed.

With reference to my previous report, it is submitted that after

hectic efforts we have succeeded in tracing out the subject saving
certificates. All 03 special saving certificates were purchased from
Kutchery Post Office by Syed Muhammad Ramzan Shah S/o Syed Allah
Bachaya resident of B-27 Noman Heaven, Gulistan-e-Jauhar Karachi
having NIC No. 516-42-157607. According to the record of Kutchery
Post Office all above noted certificates have been discharge/en-cashed.
