Dear Participant,

I am a student of MBA at Institute of Business Administration; University of Punjab. I am


conducting a research on the impact of organizational learning culture and perceived
organizational support on workplace spirituality. You are requested to participate and provide me
the necessary information in order to explore this area in detail. The purpose of the research is to
determine the impact of organizational learning culture and perceived organizational support on
workplace spirituality in banking sector of Pakistan.

I would like to inform you that your anonymity would be ensured and the responses would be
