INFORMATION LETTER
Dear students and young scientists!
IV International Scientific-Practical Conference of Students and Young Scientists
“Student’s Government in the system of Academic Culture ” will be held on March 14–15,
2018 on the basis of Higher State Educational Establishment of Ukraine “Bukovinian State
Medical University”.
MAIN AREAS OF THE CONFERENCE WORK
1. The role of student government in implementation of academic virtue: achievements and
prospects.
2. Social-psychological competence of a future specialist.
3. Volunteer activity as an instrument of academic culture development.
4. Ethical and legal standards of student behavior .
5. Historical aspects of formation of ethical standards in the sphere of education and medicine
6. International experience of student government functioning.

FORMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE:

1. Oral statement and publication of theses.
2. Publication of theses.
3. Free listener.

Working languages of the Conference: Ukrainian, English, Russian.

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONFERENCE

Students and young scientists can be authors and co-authors of papers (participants of the
Conference).
In order to participate in the Conference one should be registered on the site
http://studrada.bsmu.edu.ua till February 01 2019.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLICATIONS

  the works submitted to the Conference must not be published earlier or submitted anywhere
else;
 all the abbreviations (except commonones) should be written in full when first mentioned;
 theses should no contain tables, diagrams, illustrations;
 the test is printed in Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, font size 14, interval 1,5, the
number of symbols up to 3000 (with space, title of the theses, authors, name of the
institution are not taken into account). Margins: upper, lower, right, left – 2 cm.

Structure of theses: full names of authors with out any abbreviations; title of the report;
scientific supervisor; name of the educational institution where the work was performed; town;
country; brief content of the report / statement (text).

The papers that meet the requirements will be published in the collected articles of the
Conference. The Editorial Staff reserve the right to edit certain materials submitted to the
Conference with violation of requirements. The Organizing Committee does not bear
responsibility for scientific reliability of theses.
In order to compensate organization, publishing and printing expenses for the collected
articles, program and certificate of a participant the arrangement fee should be paid for active
participation – 200 hryvnas per one publication, passive participation (publication of theses
only) – 150 hryvnas.

A copy of the payment slip should be sent to E–mail: confstud@bsmu.edu.ua (text:
arrangement fee for participation in the Conference from (name)).

Additional information for the participants:

 time limit for oral statement – up to 7 minutes, discussion – 3 minutes.
 technical support – multimedia projector, laptop.
 participants are supposed to stay at the hotels.

With in the framework of the Conference social-psychological communication training,

work-shop, performance of Playback-theatre «LUNA», and cultural-artistic program will be
provided. You will get an opportunity to make a sight seeing tour of Chernivtsi including former
Residence of Bukovinian Metropolitan registered in the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
