5.3.1.4.3 The part of the unit immediately behind the placard must be of a
contrasting colour to the colour of the placard unless:
(a) the border of the placard is of a contrasting colour and design; or
(b) the placard is a label having a dotted or solid outer boundary line in
accordance with 5.2.2.2.1.1.
