21 The Judgment is hereby entered against the DEFEl~TDAN~I~S in the total principal

22 sum of Nine Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Dollars ($ 63,000.00) on account of the


23 following claims pleaded in the complaint: Breach of Contract, TOT't10US Breach of
24 'i Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing, Fraud by False Promise, Fraud by
25 Concealment, Unfair Competition in Violation of Cal. Bus. &Prof. Code §17200 et seq.,
26 IInjust Enrichment, Accounting, and Violation of CaL Civ. Code sec. 1719, plus interest
