The automatic applicators by Idealtech have been designed in order to apply the adhesive in points or stripes
of different length. They are modular and available with different configurations: one or more modules,
high flow filter or without filter. It is possible fitting solenoid valves for running glue points and their width.
Idealtech applicators ensure a remarkable and durable reliability; furthermore, they can be easily installed
on automatic machines present on the market, thanks to their modularity and their contained dimensions.

Idealtech automatic Heads present a compact and

a modular structure, composed by a heating block
and a variable number of modules.
The heating block represents the main part of
the applicator, where the adhesive application
modules are fixed.
Modules are provided with nozzles and
connected to the heated glue hoses, so as to
the solenoid valves, indispensable for running
the adhesive application.

The electrical cabinet is easy to access; heaters and

sensors for temperature control are fitted inside it.
Connections are carried out by means of special

present on the market.
 ACCESSORIES
Accessories are very important, since they ensure high quality, reliability, the maximum
versatily and precision to the product.
The ID Module characterizes the adhesive's application ,
without filaments and drops.
The study of the builiding details guarantees a long
useful life.
The contained dimensions allow an easy positioning, also
on machines which present very limited spaces.
On every ID 100 it's possible fitting different types of
nozzles, which allow to carry out points or glue lines.

The adhesive's quantity supplied by the applicator depends on

the adhesive's pressure and on the nozzle diameter.
A great typology of nozzles can satisfy a lot of different
productive requirements.
There are nozzles for applications of extreme precision,
nozzles 90 ° for applications where a constant change of
format is required and finally special nozzles to replace
the standard ones for special applications.

Filters Details:

4) No obstruction of the nozzle

Filters ensure a constant and precise distribution of the adhesive, since all impurities are held back thanks to
their action. The replacement can be easily carried out without removing the hose from the applicator.
The use of filter is advised especially for environments where a high concentration of dust is present.
