LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Erin Gabriel T. Santos of legal age, single, native of the

Philippines, having been born on the 13th day of July, 1991, now
actually residing at Riyal St., Brgy., Taculing, THASS II Subd., Bacolod
City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence, violence,
fraud, or intimidation of whatever kind, do by these presents declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament which I have caused to be
written in English, the language which is known to me. And I hereby
declare that:

I. I desire that my remains be burned according to the rites of

Scientology and with dignity suitable to my circumstances;
II. I give and bequeath to my son, Otto Auden S. Kalz, the
following property to wit: my make-up collection, my toy banana,
and my 2017 Asus laptop G632;
III. I designate Felix Pew D. Pie the sole executor of this Last Will
and Testament, and in his default or incapacity to act, my son Otto
Auden S. Kalz.
IV. I hereby direct that the executor named herein or his lawful
substitute should serve without bond;
V. I hereby revoke any and all my other wills, codicils, or
testamentary dispositions heretofore executed, signed, or published,
or alleged to have been executed, signed, or published by me.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are

stated opposite out respective names, do hereby certify: That the
testator, Erin Gabriel T. Santos has published unto us the foregoing
will consisting of three(03) page numbered correlatively in letters on
the upper part of each pages, as her Last Will and Testament and has
signed the same and every page thereof, on he left margin, in our
joint presence and we, in turn, at her request have witnessed and
signed the same and every page thereof, on the left margin, in the
presence of the testator and in the presence of each and all of us.

JOINT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and in the city of Bacolod,

Philippines this 05th day of January, 2019, personally appeared:

at Bacolod City on 05th day of April, 2015;
WITNESS, Bruce K. Jenner, with R.C. No. 18345 issued at
Bacolod City on 15th day of May, 1995;
WITNESS, Kaitlyn B. Jenner, with R.C. No. 128745 issued at
Bacolod City on 20th day of June, 1985;
WITNESS, Kim B. Kardashian, with R.C. No. 12765 issued at
Bacolod City on 25th day of July, 2015,

all known to me to be the same persons who signed the foregoing

Will, the first as testator and the last three as instrumental witnesses,
and they respectively acknowledged to me that they signed the same
as their own free act and deed.

This Will consist of three (03) pages, including the page on which
this acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left
margin of each and every page thereof by the testator and his
witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
