ELIZABETH’S SPIRITUAL LIFE… Reflections of the week

What a month August is – fast paced and certainly moving us into action.
Indeed, I’ve felt tremendous pace pick up in my life this week, have you as
well? Whereas July was intense with daily ‘Eclipse’ lessons coming in for
our personal growth, August asks us to be light footed, flexible, allowing and
ready to change at a moment’s notice!

So, are you? Are you creating space for opportunity to arise? Or, are you
resisting change and becoming frustrated at the changes cropping up
around every corner? I urge you to go with this week’s flow, particularly with
our final Solar Eclipse and Super New Moon of 2018 occurring this coming
weekend.

The Eclipse Doorway closes on Saturday (just after the Eclipse) and that
means it’s time for us to move FULL STEAM AHEAD and take action on all
of the lessons that we’ve learned since late June. Most of the globe will miss
out on actually ‘seeing’ this Eclipse, but we will all feel it! This week we still
have SEVEN planetary bodies in retrograde, continuing on until August 19.

So, it’s up to us to stay on track and allow ourselves to balance out, yet
keep moving ahead. There is so much opportunity about this week,
especially for a higher consciousness focus. If you feel ‘within’ the very
circumstances you wish more of, then they will manifest. Feelings create
things. Your power is all-mighty. Know this and hold your head high in this

FRIDAY AUGUST 10 – TRUTH EXPLODES

The Global Energy Overview:

As the week closes, energy will be intense worldwide, so be prepared. This
weekend we experience The Super New Moon (the final of three) and
another Partial Solar Eclipse (the final eclipse of 2018). Once again, similar
energy to August 2000 is back for you to work DIFFERENTLY this time.
Static energy is being released, which means that you may not be able to sit
still. Let it out and allow your truth to flow. The cosmos has your hand…

HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS FOCUS:

• Trust in the direction that life now leads you in. Be open to hearing
what others have to say about you and take it all on board. You can
rise in greatness because of this. Listen to the advice of those close.
They know you best and they are here to help you to rise.

FORECASTED COSMIC INFLUENCES…

• Venus is powering us up during this potentially paradigm-shifting
period where taking charge of your direction is a top priority. Just
before The Super New Moon and Partial Solar Eclipse, the cosmic
timing is perfect for ‘being in charge of your life’. Remember that
Responsibility = Freedom and right now, you can prove this to be
true. Do your best to own every thought and action. Decide that how
your life path pans out, is up to you. The universe is at your call…
• Saturn (currently in retrograde) is adding to this cosmic truth spell by
encouraging us to stretch ourselves and own our power by loving our

 SATURDAY AUGUST 11 – SUPER NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE

The Global Energy Overview:

This is a power weekend for the globe – be ready! Plan accordingly. The
Moon is at its closest approach to Earth all month on the same day that it’s
also new – making this a Super New Moon. The third since June and the
final for 2018. Over the next 24-36 hours we can expect all energy to be
heightened, which can increase tension in our body and emotions will run
high. Couple this with the potentially choppy cosmic energy and you may be
feeling extra sensitive. This Super New Moon is one of self-expression
and being pro-active. We’re feeling inspired to move on our plans, which
have arisen over the entire Eclipse Season (since late June). When the New
Moon coincides with the Moon being at its closest approach to Earth the
qualities of the Moon are amped up and magnified. This is a period for
accelerated new beginnings.

Just after the New Moon we also experience a Partial Solar Eclipse, the
third and final eclipse of this season and of 2018. This eclipse will be
intensely felt, as it closes the doorway on Eclipse Season. During this
Eclipse, the Moon will be positioned in between the Earth and the Sun, but
the three bodies will not form a direct alignment. The Moon will partially
cover the face of the Sun. It will appear that the Sun has gone partially dark
(if you get to see the event). This final eclipse of the season CLOSES THE
DOOR on creation of a new life for you. From tomorrow, we move ahead.

• Close your eyes and silently give thanks. Be grateful for the ‘all-new’
maturity levels you have embraced over the past eight weeks.

 SUNDAY AUGUST 12 – THE ECLIPSE DOORWAY HAS CLOSED

The Global Energy Overview:

This weekend is nothing short of intense. You may feel that life is moving
quickly and/or that you need a massive rest. Allow this to occur. Honour how
YOU feel, as we’re all responding to the eclipse energies differently. Be
aware that your attitude today sets the tone on a new way of life for you.
This will be bedded in over the next two weeks of the post-eclipse season.

Today is also a 22 Master Day (1+2+0+8+2+0+1+8=22), which means that

all thoughts and actions are amplified. Right now, we’re building the strong
foundations on an empowered future. Every step you make counts. Every
intention, whether you speak of it or just think it, IS cementing your reality.
So be careful what you focus on, as this energy will amplify it! Knowing
this, you can make this energy influence work in ‘your’ favour.

Every day over the next two weeks, you’re establishing a new, improved
and empowered way of living. You’re finding your feet and creating fresh
and enlightened life foundations. You’re through the most intense weeks

 MONDAY AUGUST 13 – THE POST ECLIPSE PERIOD

The Global Energy Overview:

As the new week begins, we’re now moving out of the Eclipse influence and
letting go of the similar energy opportunities, which were last here in August
2000 – the last time this family of eclipses occurred. We’re now in the two-
week post-Eclipse period and the positive aspect of is that if you’ve
already let go of the past, then you’ve started to create a new and healthy
pattern in your life. You’ve already started forming new habits that support
and uplift an informed and empowered you.

I recommend during this two-week period that you keep moving forward
each day. This is not the time to procrastinate and let your old habits
creep back in and take over again. Each day, stay aware of the choices
you’re making. Make very conscious choices that you are content with and
take ownership of your choices in the moment. Stay positive and keep up a
healthy and optimistic attitude each day. Educate yourself and learn how the
cosmos affects you and how your soul affects the cosmos. Stay away from
toxic situations and be in your power by doing so. Do your best to cultivate a
lifestyle that supports your newfound changes and sense of freedom.

 TUESDAY AUGUST 14 – AN ACCELERATED FUTURE

The Global Energy Overview:

You could feel like you’ve been catapulted ahead, as the week progresses.
If this is the case, then follow your call. Some people could feel quite the
opposite, particularly if they’ve been dragging their heels or fighting change
all Eclipse Season. Either way, it’s OK. The cosmos is moving all of us
along (no matter how much we push back). So, the more that you can
accept these shifts, the easier it will be on you.

HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS FOCUS:

• We’re each at different, ever-evolving levels of consciousness. Honour
yours, rather than comparing your development to anyone else.

FORECASTED COSMIC INFLUENCES…

• The Moon remains a key cosmic influencer for the remainder of this
week. This planetary influence gives you a powerful opportunity to rise
into your greatness by being pro-active. Practice creating
opportunities rather than waiting for circumstances to move you into

There’s an interesting energy about this mid-week. On the one hand, we’re
moving ahead and on the other hand we’re moving cautiously. This is good
for you! Discernment is a key focus on our personal agenda right now.
There’s a driving force and it’s called soul. Over the coming 24 hours, drop
your head into your heart – personality into soul. You can do this by closing
your eyes and imagining that your head lives in your heart. Allow the two
energies to meet and then FEEL soul. Feel your inner strength and your
fantastic driving force…

• Take some time out for you and for rest. It’s been a BIG week so far.
Energy is flowing beautifully and soul wishes you to catch the
slipstream. I suggest that you go outside and be still in nature. Just

 THURSDAY AUGUST 16 – A DEEP HEALING RELEASE

The Global Energy Overview:

There is great opportunity now at hand for some deep personal healing.
Over the coming 24 hours the energy is unexpected and fast moving
and will be provoking your hidden desires to push past any self-imposed
limits. I urge you to use this energy to your advantage. Where you have
been falling behind and putting off what you know is important, jump onto it
and follow through. The current planetary alignments are asking that you
reveal your often-rebellious nature, the aspect of your nature that desires
freedom from restriction. This allows you to make moves that may seem out
of the norm for you, yet are exactly what you need to gain traction on your
most important desires. As I said, this influence may catch many unawares.
You could spontaneously make radical choices that are just perfect for you.

HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS FOCUS:

• Meditate often. Close your eyes for 2 minutes at a time and make the
most of this upwards energy swing. Soul loves this simple connection.

• The Moon is building to full and giving us a HUGE helping hand to
trust in our intuition and inner resolve. I suggest that you go outside
tonight and thank La Luna. Gaze at the Sun’s reflected light on the

some people could respond to this influence in a confrontational way.
