page of this text area is printed without header and footer lines.
Notes:
1. these placeholders are replaced in the document only if it is created with page numbers (first page>0).
2. these placeholders must be updated manually in the document as field functions, if the document contains no
table of contents (error in Word).
3. these placeholders are not updated automatically, if in Word the beginning of the page numbers is changed
subsequently.
