1. Weigh an intact capsule.
2. Open the capsule without losing any part of the shell and remove the contents as
completely as possible.
3. Weigh the shell.
4. The weight of the contents is the difference between the weighing.
5. Repeat the procedure with a further 19 capsules selected at random.
6. Determine the average weight.
