RinggitPlus The Great Escape Campaign 2018

Terms and Conditions

1. The RinggitPlus The Great Escape Campaign 2018 (“Campaign”) organised by
Jirnexu Sdn Bhd (1081989-D), (“The Organiser”) shall commence on 26th
November 2018, and be available until 14th December 2018, both dates inclusive
unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to
end the Campaign earlier than 14th December 2018. Applications received after the
Campaign has ended will not be valid.
2. The Campaign is open to all customers who:

2.1 apply online at the Organiser's website ringgitplus.com for a Qualifying

HSBC Credit Card (“HSBC Credit Card”) as a Principal Cardholder
(“Cardholder”), are approved, receive and swiped any one (1) of the qualifying
HSBC Credit Cards during the Campaign Period.

2.2 Qualifying HSBC Credit Cards are:

o HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Card-i

o HSBC Visa Platinum
o HSBC Visa Signature

2.3. the following categories of persons shall not be considered as a

Cardholder and shall NOT be eligible for this Campaign:

2.3.1 persons who make an online application for an HSBC Credit

Card at HSBC’s website hsbc.com.my without first registering at
the Organiser’s Website;
2.3.2 persons who had their HSBC card application approved or
denied within six (6) months before the date of application,
2.3.3 Cardholder(s) who have cancelled his/her HSBC Credit Card(s)
within three (3) months before the date of application;
2.3.4 permanent and contract employees of HSBC and Jirnexu Sdn Bhd.

2.4. The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject applications

submitted at the website without assigning any reason.

3. The Organiser offers a gift ("Campaign Gift") to customers who are approved
by HSBC and subsequently spend with their new credit card.

3.1 Each Cardholder is eligible for only one Campaign Gift throughout the
Campaign Period, regardless of the number of approved HSBC Credit Cards
for the Cardholder during the Campaign Period.
3.2 To qualify for a Campaign Gift, Cardholder must:

3.2.1 apply for a HSBC Card via the Organiser’s website during Campaign
Period;
3.2.2 be approved by HSBC within sixty (60) days of the application date; and
3.2.3 spend a minimum of RM1,000 with the new credit card within sixty
(60) days of the card approval date.

3.3 The offer of the Campaign Gift is exclusively available at the Organiser’s
website.
The Campaign Gift is RM500 Lazada e-Voucher

3.4 The Organiser will provide every eligible Cardholder with a redemption
code that will be used to claim the Campaign Gift. Claimants who have
received a unique code should visit https://ringgitplus.com/more-for-your-
money/ to claim the Campaign Gift and arrange delivery of that gift. The
Organiser will provide redemption codes within 28 days upon HSBC notifying
the Organiser of the customer’s approval status and eligibility for the
Campaign Gift. It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to claim his/her Gift from
the Organiser before 30th June 2019 (“Claim Period”). Cardholder who claims
the gift after the Claim Period will not be entertained.

3.5 The Organiser is responsible for fulfilment and will send each Campaign
Gift via a reputable courier service within twenty-eight (28) days from when an
Approved Customer claims his/her Campaign Gift.

3.6 The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, tampering,
theft or modification of the Campaign Gift once it has been collected from The
Organiser’s place of dispatch for delivery by the courier company.

3.7 Only Cardholders who fulfil the Special Offer Terms and Conditions shall
be eligible for a Campaign Gift. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify
applicants who have failed to fulfil the Special Offer Terms and Conditions
and/or who have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data, without prior notice.

The Volkswagen Polo Car Sweepstake

3.8 All Eligible Cardholders from RinggitPlus The Great Escape Campaign
2018 are entitled to One (1) x entry of The Volkswagen Polo Car Sweepstake
(“Sweepstake”).

3.9 One (1) Winner will be selected by The Organiser. Eligible Cardholder
must meet the set requirement of clause 3.2 before 28 th February 2019 to be
qualified for Sweepstake.
 3.10 The Sweepstake Gifts are:

3.11 The Gift is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen

circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute an alternative
Gift of equivalent or greater value. The Gift is not transferrable and not
exchangeable for cash.

3.12 One (1) winner (based on successful Qualifying Product approval and
meet the spending requirement) will be selected via a random draw at the
Organiser’s own discretion as shown below:

3.13 The Selected Winner will be announced on RinggitPlus’s Facebook

Page on the Winner Announcement Date and contacted by the Organiser
within three (3) business days.

3.14 Only five (5) attempts of phone calls will be made during office hours,
Monday to Friday (10am-6pm).

3.15 In the event the Selected Winner cannot be contacted i.e. voicemail,
line busy or no pick up, the Organiser shall allocate the Prize to the next
Selected Winner.

3.16 It is compulsory that the selected winner to be present during the

prize-giving ceremony, failing which the winner will be disqualified and The
Organiser reserves the right to select the next winner.

4. By applying at ringgitplus.com, all customers consent to the use of their

personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of the administration of this offer
and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented, such as the Terms
and Conditions, Personal Data and Information Notice, and Privacy Policy
published at ringgitplus.com
5. By accepting the offer each eligible person agrees to be bound by these terms
and conditions.

5.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the
Campaign without notice. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the
Campaign by The Organiser shall not entitle the applicant to any claim or
compensation against The Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the
applicant as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or
suspension.

5.2 The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the

Campaign, including but not limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be
deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from
any applicant will be entertained. The decisions of The Organiser are final,
conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence
will be entertained.

5.3 The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
