Professional Experience
Employer: Sicredi, a credit cooperative with more than 3 million members and more than 110 years of existence.

Position: Senior Network Engineer January/2017 – Present

- At this moment I am a member of the Sicredi Networks and Telecommunications team, managing our
DataCenter infrastructure to support our 1400 cooperatives throughout Brazil .
- My main assignments are:
* Management and definition of Network Architecture (LAN and WAN) and Telecommunications of the
company in the most diverse technologies (Nexus 2k / 3k / 4k / 5k / 7k, F5 LTM, OSPF / BGP Dynamic
Routing, QoS, Traffic-Shaping, Infoblox for services like DHCP / DNS, etc);
* maintain the operating network environment availability, through targeted actions, with the objective
of maintaining the corporate network with adequate performance;
Main activities and * network environment technical documentation, aiming to optimize and qualify the support to this;

of problems and proposing improvements to the environment, in addition to contributing to the planning
and implementation of new projects and technological innovations.
- This year is all about IPv6 and hybrid cloud.

Employer: Santander GetNet

Position: Network and Telecom Consultant February/2015 – January/2017 (1y 11m)

- On my second time for GetNet, at the time already belonging to the Santander Group, I had the
opportunity to be one of the Experts that would carry out the technological update of DataCenter that I
had designed in 2008 of Cisco Catalyst 6500, ASA and FWSM Firewalls, ACE Load Balancers and GSS
Site Balancers for a full Nexus environment (7k / 5k / 3k / 2k), Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 LTM Load
Balancers, and F5 GTM Site Balancers.
- These technologies were simultaneously replaced as part of the project scope over a 6-month period
with success and zero impact, following the best practices and features recommended by the
manufacturers (RSTP, LACP, HSRP, vPC, bridge-groups, OSPF and BGP), achieving a high level of
Main activities and redundancy and resilience.
responsibilities: - During this period I was also responsible for the interconnectivity between the company's branches in
Brazil, as well as between the company's partners, maintaining constant relationship with service
providers, defining and supervising new projects for the expansion, migration and optimization of
dedicated and hybrid links, in multiprotocol networks.
- In my last year in this company, I was the technical leader of GetNet's migration project into
Santander's DataCenter Tier-4 in Campinas, again performing a technological upgrade to Santander's
global standards (full Nexus 9000).
- That same year, I earned one of the highest technical certifications of the Cisco career, the Cisco
Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).

Employer: RBS Group

Position: Senior Network Analyst February/2012 – February/2015 (3 years)

- In 2012, I had the opportunity to join the Network and Telecommunications team of the largest media
group in Southern Brazil (Television, Radio and Newspaper) affiliated to Rede Globo: the RBS Group.
- My main assignment was the Corporate's LAN and WAN Network Administration (BGP, OSPF), Wireless
Network (Cisco, Enterasys and Linksys), QoS, in addition to DataCenters Management and technical
leadership of the Telecom team.
- During this period I was also responsible for the interconnectivity between the company's branches in
Brazil, as well as between the company's partners, maintaining constant relationship with service
providers, defining and supervising new projects for the expansion, migration and optimization of
Main activities and dedicated and hybrid links, in multiprotocol networks.
responsibilities: - I took up the challenge of performing the Restructuring and Implementation of the new Active-Active
DataCenter structure, acting as a technical leader aiming to migrate the entire DataCenter Network Core
from Extreme to a new structure based on virtualized Cisco Networks (Cisco 6500 VSS) as well as the
activation of the new Nexus switches, providing the infrastructure required for a high availability and
scalable environment, separating the network into distinct virtual environments.
- A series of Cisco 6500 and Nexus 7k / 5k / 2k devices have been activated using all best practices to
achieve the highest level of redundancy and resilience through features such as VSS, STP (RSTP), LACP,
HSRP, VPC, FabricPath, OSPF and BGP in order to logically unify the two DataCenters and make them
adherent to the Active-Active model.
