This question is answered
Hi,
We are implementing FSCM and are activating the automatic creation of business partner whenever a
customer master is created.
For this we have maintained the below settings
Create Number ranges for customer accounts in Financial Accounting (New) Accounts Receivable and
Accounts Payable Customer Accounts Master Data Preparations for Creating Customer Master Data
Create Number Ranges for Customer Accounts (XDN1)
Number range '02' created
Assign Number ranges to Customer Groups
Customer group ZI01 assigned with range '02'
Define BP Roles:
BP Roles UKM000, UDM000 created
BP Number Range in:
Number range '02' created as external range
Define Groupings and Assign Number ranges:
BP grouping ZI01 assigned with range '02'

Synchronization Control Synchronization Objects
STD settings retained
Activate Post Processing Office requests:
Synchronization Control Activate PPO Requests for Platform Objects in the Dialog
BP activated
Activate Synchronization Options:
Synchronization Control Activate Synchronization Options
Customer to BP & BP to Customer activated
Assign BP roles to Customer Account Group:
Group ZI01 assigned with the BP Roles UKM000 & UDM000
Define Number assignment:
BP Group ZI01 and Customer Group ZI01 marked with'same no'
After this the system should create the BP from the customer. But the system is not creating the BP master
automatically.
Can you please let us know if I am missing any setting which is causing this issue.
Urgent!!!

Hi All,
The issue is resolved. I would like to
share the cause and resolution.
It was a mismatch between the
customer group field status and BP
group field status. The values of the
"industry" field in the customer
master should have a corresponding
value in the BP industry field when
creating BP master as inbound from
customer master. After maintaining
this, the automatic BP creation is
working fine.
