C15 NEC Pumping Skid

The DNV 2.7-3 certified C15 NEC pump skid is a high pressure
high horse power pump skid suitable for general pumping duties
within coiled tubing applications. This skid has been specifically
designed for Gulf of Mexico operations to NEC rules.
Pump
The pump skid is fitted with the field proven and reliable HT-400
pump with 8.4:1 RH power end, L2 spacer and 3 3/8-in. fluid ends.
Pump packing lubrication is by an electronically controlled grease
injection system. The pump is supplied with a standard 4-in.
Fig 206 suction header and 2 in 1502 discharge manifold.

The skid is complete with all necessary local displays and controls
including pressure, rate, emergency kill and over-pressure kick-out
as well as engine and transmission diagnostic displays.

Engine
The diesel engine is a Caterpillar C15 ACERT, 15 Liter – in-line
6 cylinder 4 stoke engine rated 536 BHP @ 2000 RPM.

The engine assembly, controls and compressor assembly are DNV
certified for NEC 500 operations. The engine is also compliant to C15 Pump Specifications
both EPA Tier 3 marine and also IMO II standards. A Pyroban gas ® Certification DNV 2.7-3
cooling and alternator/ battery package completes the hazardous

area protection. Cooling is by means of engine driven fan. Also

The pump skid is fitted with an Allison HT750 DRD semi-automatic Design temperature -4°F
transmission. A PTO flex drive assembly mounted to the Rated HHP 424 HHP @1800 RPM
transmission provides power to the heat exchanger cooling for the Max pump rate 5.5 bbl/min
